The Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre offers undercover parking for up to 1500 vehicles. The car park has direct lift access to the Centre’s multiple convention floors and exhibition facilities. Car park 2 & 3 are best for Exhibition Halls and Grey Street rooms via the Russell Street Walkway.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
This educational activity has been approved in the RACS CPD Program. Fellows who participate may claim one point per hour (maximum 18 points) in Maintenance of Knowledge and Skills. Participation in this activity will be populated into your RACS CPD Online.
Scientific posters will be displayed electronically on poster stations located in the industry exhibition during the meeting.
Passport and Visa Requirements

Please be advised that photographs may be taken during the meeting and reproduced by the meeting organiser or society. If you do not wish to be included in a photograph, please advise the photographer.
The venue is responsible for all catering at the meeting and the Meeting Organiser does not inspect or control food preparation areas or attempt to monitor ingredients used. Contact the venue directly for all special dietary requirements during the event, irrespective of whether details have been provided to the Meeting Organiser. If the Meeting Organiser requests information about your dietary requirements for a specific event they will endeavour to forward the information provided to the venue (time permitting). The Meeting Organiser will not retain information provided for future events, so you must verify your requirements for each event. There are two parents’ rooms located within the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre: one on the Grey Street side of the building and
the other on the Merivale Street side (foyer level). Facilities include a fridge, heating amenities and a comfortable area for breastfeeding.
