Lucy is an audiologist with over six years' experience of providing care to regional and remote communities across Western Australia. As Ear Health Coordinator for Ear Science Institute Australia's Healthy Hearing Outback Program, she leads a multidisciplinary team delivering ear health services for the Martu and Nyiyaparli people. Lucy prioritises culturally safe care, community engagement and coordinated, patient-centered service delivery in remote settings. She has strong expertise in telehealth and cross-sector collaboration. Lucy also contributes to research at Ear Science by translating clinical insights for research projects that aim to improve outcomes for Aboriginal communities.
